How To Overcome Worry And Build Self Confidence

One major negative emotion that erodes one's self confidence is worry.

It does this by creating self doubt, fear, anxiety, nervousness, indecisiveness, feelings of uncertainty, a sense of not feeling in control of one's self and one's situation, depletes one's emotional, mental and physical energy resources and much more.

It is such a common experience that most people not only take it for granted they also occasionally try to justify that it is in some way useful to them.

For instance have you ever heard someone, or yourself, say "If I didn't worry about things I would feel unprepared, vulnerable or insecure about things. Hence a little worry is a good thing"?

Well if you subscribe to that philosophy then you're stuck with worry and all of the consequences I listed above. That is because there is no way to distinguish "a little worry" from "a lot of worry" other than through its intensity. In other words the characteristics of worry are always the same, large or small.

What's more, that constellation of associated negative experiences that come with worry ALWAYS undermine your self confidence.

Now what I'm going to say next may surprise some and arouse a great deal of resistance or skepticism in others. Here it comes.

Although worry may be a "common" human experience it is "NOT" a "normal" human experience.

In other words human beings are not supposed to worry. I know that may sound strange but stay with me for a little while longer.

I have developed a powerful new personal growth tool that effectively helps individuals boost their self confidence by releasing what I described earlier as the toxic emotion known as worry from people's lives.

The benefits of such an experience include enhanced resilience, greater personal energy, increased vitality and youthfulness, inner peace, clarity, focus, decisiveness and immense self confidence to name a few.
